The Eating Smart App will demonstrate, with an animation, your physique changing into the future based on what you eat. Would you like to see what your physique might look at after 5 years of abuse from eating fast food and the harmful effects from this type of diet? Or better yet, would you like to see your physique after 5 years of “Eating Smart”?

The Eating Smart App endeavors to answer these questions and a multitude of related questions, using an entertaining, yet serious approach. It’s common knowledge that a balanced diet with proper food and exercise is the key to staying healthy.

What are some additional questions the Eating Smart app can address? There are answers about nutrition, salt, fat and sugar in your diet and how adjusting your diet can lead you to improved health and a better physique.

This app gives you that glimpse into the future in an informative and interesting way! So learn a bit about nutrition and your BMI (Body Mass Index) and start looking at how different diets affect your health in to the future.

This app is designed as an engaging glimpse into a serious topic. It is not official “Doctors Advice” and contains general information that is available to everyone. Even though it is general, so is the trend of the world’s waistline. The populations in the countries of the world that offer up loads of the so called, “Modern American Diet” are starting to see the effects of too much of a good thing. A few words of wisdom and a change of a few daily habits can make an enormous, life changing, difference. Spend a few minutes and view a few simulations based on eating and exercising habits. It could change your life!

A Few Features….
-Enter your current height and weight to calculate your current BMI. (Body Mass Index)
-Enter the Food Groups and portion sizes consumed for a typical week. (16 food groups and 4 portion sizes of each)
-One of the “Food Groups” is “Exercise”. Add that if you’re getting some exercise.
-Now you’re ready to look into the future. Set a date a few years into the future and look at the results.
- If you eat the wrong foods you may gain weight. (Too much sugar? Too much salt? Too much fat or cholesterol?) Eating Smart will analyze it for you.
-Are you eating too little? (losing weight or on a diet) Watch you BMI change. Not enough nutrition? How long to get to that perfect BMI?
-Change a food group and replace those deserts with some fruit. (Did that make a difference after 1 year?)
-Cut down that portion size of “Processed Foods”. (Discover the difference)
-You will get a “Diet Score” between 0 and 100. What can you do to get a higher score?
